I absolutely love this publication. It is without a doubt the best one I have ever purchased. However, the February 2006 (Vol. 15, No. 2) issue has an error. See “In the News,” Pg. 1, Col. 3: The $94,200 self-employment base does not generate $14,413 self-employment tax. Instead, it generates only $13,310 due to the 7.65% reduction before applying the 15.3%. The resulting tax percent is 14.13% computed as follows: (15.3% x 92.35%). (K.G., Fayettesville, OH)
