Because of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), I’m getting lots of conflicting advice about conducting my business as the proprietorship it is or as an S corporation. I have friends who are S corporation owners and they are getting advice to change their S corporations to C corporations.

This is all pretty confusing. Do you have some useful information on this that can help me?
