Question
I attended a program where one of your presenters stated that if I had an office in my home and in that home-office room I had a pool table, I could simply subtract the amount of square footage that the pool table takes up from the square footage of the office.
I do have such a pool table, and I actually use the pool table as a surface to frame photographs for my photography clients, but I don’t use it exclusively that way.
I noted in your Business Tax Deductions course that you said the taxpayer with the bed in the office could deduct the area used by the bed because that business owner used the bed exclusively to hold some business manila filing folders.
