I am a real estate agent, a real estate dealer, and a real estate investor. At least, I think I am.


As an agent, I sell residential real estate.


As a dealer, I buy properties, make selected improvements, and then sell the properties; usually this process takes about five to nine months.


As an investor, I own two eight-unit apartment buildings that I rent.
