I am thinking of establishing a separate entity for my 11 rental houses. Currently, the houses show up in my tax return on Schedule E. I am thinking of putting the houses in a corporation and then using a proprietorship to do the management, and charging a fee to the rentals, of course. What do you think? (M.M., )
