Jail Time for Tax Evasion


In a news release, the Department of Justice reported that Terry L. Gerber, 48, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ortrie D. Smith to two years and six months in federal prison without parole for tax evasion.1
