Jail Time for Not Filing Tax Returns


On March 20, 2007, Anthony G. Lee, 42, of , was sentenced to seven months in prison and three months of home detention for his willful failure to file timely income tax returns.1 In addition, the court ordered Lee to pay taxes of $76,853 and an extra fine of $10,000.
