Recap of a Good IRS Result

This is a report on my success in winning the home-office deduction. Here’s a brief recap:

I suffered an IRS audit by a revenue agent.

I won all my deductions, including for my home office as an administrative office.

My CPA gave the IRS agent the two Tax Reduction Letter articles that show how the law allows the home-office deduction. I persisted with those articles and won my deduction for my home office.
