I have a question about the percentage of expenses for this entertainment facility deduction. We currently have a client who passed all the tests to claim this deduction on his 2023 tax return.

Are expenses deducted to the extent of property used or for the whole year?

For example, the facility was used for 130 days by qualified employees and only 30 days by non-qualified employees.
