S Corporation 105 Plan


Would you please give me some clarification on your article that appeared in the February 2008 issue of Tax Reduction Letter, Vol. 17, No. 2.

 

My wife is an owner-employee of her 100 percent owned S corporation. The S corporation has a 105 plan in place that reimburses medical expenses for two other employees. I have now become an employee eligible for reimbursements under the plan. We file our Form 1040 as married filing jointly. Questions:
