Before reading the February issue of Tax Reduction Letter, Vol. 16, No. 2, I had the impression that you could not have a section 105 medical reimbursement plan at the S corporation level. Now, I see in that issue that you are recommending the 105 plan for the S corporation owner-employee. What gives with this? (F.M., Mt. Pleasant, SC)
