Vitamins to Recover from Cancer

I am in the process of recovering from cancer. I am taking some vitamin supplements that assist in my recovery. Can I include the vitamin supplements as an expense eligible for reimbursement in my Section 105 medical plan? (O.W., Kansas City, Kans.)
